Other features include a 300 cd/m brightness and a 5 ms response time. The HP 27x maintains a smooth picture quality during fast action sequences thanks to its 144 Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync support, which reduces screen tearing and stuttering during games. Connect devices to the monitor using the DisplayPort input and HDMI port. Please be aware, the 144 Hz refresh rate is only when using DisplayPort. A VESA mount adapter is included for attaching the HP 27x onto a wall or swivel arm.

Reduce screen tearing with AMD’s FreeSync Technology. FreeSync enables the monitor to dynamically adjust its refresh rate to the frame rate being output by the graphics card, thereby greatly reducing screen tearing, stuttering, and other artifacts.
