The Rexel RDSM770 is a High-Security Shredding Machine specifically which shreds paper into super micro-cut confetti particles at a size of 0.8mm x 11mm making them unreadable. Designed for the Department of Defence and Government use the RDSM770 shreds up to 7 sheets in one pass and has a bin size of 70 litres.

The Rexel RDSM770 departmental Mercury shredder is easy to operate and provides extremely confidential security with effective 0.8x11mm micro cut shredding. Providing top level security, this machine is capable of destroying highly sensitive documents. Featuring revolutionary Jam Free Technology, this shredder automatically alerts the user when trying to shred too many papers in one go.

It is capable of shredding 7 sheets (80gsm) or 8 sheets (70gsm) of A4 paper at a time and features a 70 litre pull out frame which takes up to 950 sheets. The machine has full diagnostic controls including automatic Start/Stop, manual reverse and bin full detection functions.

The Rexel RDSM770 has easy to use controls, an LED electronic control panel and a low noise induction motor for super quiet running. There is a 2-year warranty with 20 years on the cutting head.

Manual Feed Slot

Paper is shredded in the normal way by offering it to the entry throat.

Continuous Operation

This shredder can be used continuously. No cooldown means no wasted time.

Self Cleaning

The Cutters are self-cleaning to remove loose pieces of paper to help prevent future paper jams.

Self Oil

This machine oils the cutting head automatically when required to provide better shred performance and to prolong the life of the shredder.

Jam Free Shredding

Jam Free shredders continuously check whether you’re trying to feed too much paper. A red light indicates too much paper and a green light indicates that there is no risk of jamming. No time wasted. Less mess made.

Auto Jam Clearance

In the unlikely event of a paper jam, the machine will automatically try to clear the obstruction.

Intelligent Power Save

The shredder will automatically switch off after a short time to conserve power consumption.

Recyclable Bags

Recyclable paper bags are available as an optional extra for this product as this is the easiest way to empty and recycle your shredded paper.
